To copy files do the following: Go to the list file list (my documents for example) where the files are stored. You have several choices for storage: 1. while on the file, use the applications key or shift f10 and arrow down to "send to" press enter and then choose 3/1 floppy. I'm assuming you would have the disk in. 2. you could simply use the copy command and then go to the 3/1 floppy list view and paste them. 2. You could simply re-open the files in Microsoft word and choose the "save as" command and enter the a :\ before the file name.
