Hi
Its possible that out look express wants to have the folders empty before it
will delete them.
Just a thought.

Do you have it set to empty the deleted items folder on exit?
If so, they should be removed when you exit Outlook.

I attempted to delete several folders out of Outlook Express. They did move to
the deleted folder. Now, they can not be deleted from there. Does anybody
