Hi, Patti.
Have you set up an address book or are you using the standard contacts
folder?
To set up you address book you need to;
Open Outlook and navigate to your inbox.
select, tools, Press Control+Tab to get to the Mail setup screen.
Press Tab to navigate to the Email accounts button.
You then need to highlight add a new directory or address book and follow
the onscreen prompts
Sorry if that sounds confusing.
As for the pst file, this is used by Outlook to store contacts,Notes and a
local copy of your mailbox if you so wish.
