The drag and drop command works good.
First of all, what are you wanting to drag and drop? Possibly the cut and
paste would work just as well for you.
As for myself, I only use it in certain situations.
For example, if I am making a CD with CD Burner, I use the drag and drop
feature to rearrange the song list I am burning to the CD.
I also use it to move my contacts in Windows Live Messenger to different
groups.
If I have a contact in the group called, co-workers and I want to move that
contact to, friends, I use the drag and drop feature.

Personally, I don't recall being able to drag and drop even with the Insert
control numbpad slash. On the other hand this is an area where I am woefully
ignorant and truly want to improve. How can I practice dragging and
dropping? Is there a word processor program or something like that I can
practice in?
