Ok y'all, I had my sister to check her version of Outlook and it's version 9. I had her to open it press, insert-control-V to get that info.. She is saying none of the suggestions provided have worked,lol
I'll admit she's not real computer savvy is reluctant at times to do changes.. So what's next?? Btw..they have some guy who is a teck consult who couldn't figure out her problem either...
