FS was informed of this problem and had it escalated to development as I clearly described the problem of JAWS 8 not accurately identifying links on form pages. However, it appears that the problem has gotten even worse as the incidence of JAWS always saying the first link regardless of the link moved to happens all the time now rather than only when switching into forms mode.
