Hi Max,

If you go tot the freedom scientific homepage, you'll find the link to a
skype page.  There are downloadable scripts there for skype which when
installed, will make your skyping a whole lot easier.
Even without those, skype is rather accessible and David told ou precisely
how to achieve calling.
By the way, escape ends the call just as swiftly as your other option, but
only one key.

You can even close the skype window altogether and end the call through the
system tray.

How does a totally blind person make a call in skype?  The alt page up will
answer an incoming call and alt page down will end the call but making a
call seems impossible unless someone can see enough to click the green
handset icon.
