How you doing David I don't really know where to start. I am just toying with the idea, but want to know how difficult it would be as a jaws user. I have looked at the Shoutcast option, and although it seems pretty straight forward, I haven't a clue what there talking about. The technology side of it is all new to me. I have worked in variousFM radio stations before as a presenter, but it was easy there. All I had to do was phone an engineer. Is your station an internet one? Did you go for Shoutcast? Let me know what it's called and I can check it out.
