Hi, You can call Freedomscientific and ask them to send you a CD with the files you need to activate or authorize your JAWS. However, I tried that and they told me when I called them after 2 weeks, that they had no record of me asking for such a disk. So, call and re-call and make sure that they did indeed do it.
Just today, I gave up and asked a friend to help change the internet cable from one computer to the other, which aloud me to get everything done and then he changed it back for me.
