When a Web site requires a Flash player update, it will tell you so. Within the Flash movie content, there will be buttons [Flash movie button, etc.] that you would left-click once to activate. The latest version of Flash player is (I think) Flash player 9. I don't know how versions of JAWS prior to the current version cope with Flash player 9. If there are no buttons to click on within the Flash movie, I think we may be out of luck with getting anything meaningful from the Flash content.

In most cases, I am not able to click on buttons, no matter what steps I take. I am using Jaws 6.2. I will be very interested in the answers you receive.
