Clear DayHi. I have to agree that PDF995 does a good job makingWord documents save as PDF files. PDF995 can also be used to make Power Point presentations save as PDF files, which is very useful if you have a Power Point presentation that JAWS can't seem to read correctly. I have not had any problems with PDF995 and I have been using it since August of last year. I am also using the free version. HTH and have a great day!

If you want to create PDF files from Word documents, then go to www.pdf995.com and download the PDF printer driver software. Once installed, you can create a PDF file from any Windows application that you can print from. The software is free if you don't mind seeing a beg page each time you print. Otherwise, the program costs $9.95. It works great. I have used it for about 6 years. Back in 2002, I deployed about 350 copies of the program and saved the company $$$ compared to what it would have cost to deploy the Acrobat product. We used the Acrobat Distiller for awhile, but it was constantly causing problems. PDF995 is a beautiful solution. I wish I had developed it.
