  If my memory is right,if you have your CD just put it into your drive,then 
some where you should find a repair on the cd.
  Just click on that.
  I'm not sure if it'll ask for prompts or just do it's own thing.
  I never had to do it for myself.

      This does not make any sense but this type thing seems to happen with 
computers. Have you tried to run a JAWS repair or uninstall and then reinstall 
the software?
