I have outlook 2000 myself, so here's what I did. First I created a throw away folder. Next I hit the tab key, then jaws said inbox open 2 items, because that's how many sub folders were there at that time. Then I just arrowed down to the folder I wanted to delete. Last I simply hit the delete key. The prompt came up asking me if I was sure. The focus was on the yes button so I hit the space bar. In other words you should be able to do it yourself as well.
