Hi George,

There is a fix for this.

This is a problem that was primarily due to the installation of the latest 
update from Microsoft.

It involves the RealTek Drivers and it's DLL file.

In any case, you can download the hot fix for it and reading all about it by 
going to the following Microsoft knowledge base article:
