I saw this question on one of the email lists, but i didn't follow the thread since i didn't have the problem. A friend has this situation on her computer and has asked me for help. Here is the message she's getting:
RTHDCPL.exe. The system DLL user was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:system 32 /hhctrl.ocx occupied and address range reserved for windows system DLL's. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL. Does this have something to do with JAWS or why this message? What does she need to do to fix this? Thanks for any help.
