When I tried to use outlook express I get an error when trying to create a new message or forwarding a message. When I enter control N I get an error unknown script to new and a similar error message when attempting a forward. I called support and was told to download the version and run that file because something became corrupted. I was told that when I would run this file I would get a message stating that a version exists and I should select the repair option. I was not presented with that choice. I was instructed to go to add/remove and remove the program. After I removed the 8.0 I ran the setup again. Well I still have the same problem.
