I upgraded and find it less accessible. it doesn't read the incoming and outgoing messages. It also doesn't seem to have a sound to tell me when someone has instant messaged me, so I don't know someone is trying to get my attention. This is a pain because I communicate with the moderation team of a very large list I co-moderate through yahoo messenger. Lots of jaws cursor use in conversations. Sherry
