It certainly does h---! now, why didn't I think of that? I have version 8.0 and i wanted to update from the FS site. i was told to do a repair on JAWS since some file or files names had ben changed--i never changed a JAWS file. Anyway, i looked all over the place where i thought the repair would be and FS did it again, changed something. Ah well, maybe they're trying to keep us old JAWS users on our toes?
thankks again, my friend. The setup program should start automatically, and inform you that Jaws is already installed, and then ask you what you want to do. This is where you will get the repair option. No, your mind didn't go blank, FS changed things a little. smile. I couldn't find it in utilities nor in tools. I couldn't do it under add/remove programs either. My mind must have gone blank not to be able to find this.
