Yes, it is possible.
While in Word, do a control k to insert link.
Tab to browse the web, and press enter.
This will take you to your home page.
Just open the web page you want to appear in your document.
Once the page opens, alt tab back to your document.  Give it time to insert
the web page you went to and once it does, tab to OK and press enter.  That
link should now be in your document.
