Hey David, I went to the end of the file and all I found is windows XP. I went in there and I didn't find anything about outlook express. I went into the search and find 52 outlook express with things like outlook express 5-6 outlook express jss outlook express rule wiz outlook express 4 outlook and a lot of 3 letter endings
On this computer that I use.
