Hi Karen, There is a free utility that Symantec has on it's web page which will do a complete uninstall of Norton Anti-virus. You have to download it, and it is free. If you go to Google, and do a search for Norton uninstall utility, then make sure you are getting the utility from the Symantec web page, you'll be ok. I have used this utility before and it has, to a certain extent, removed it, with only a few left over folders that had to be deleted after the utility ran. Either way, using this utility is the only what I know of to do a complete uninstall. I should also note that there is a utility for MacAfee products also, just in case someone is looking for it also.
