Hi David, I never trusted that program and I had a major problem with one called stompp. When I needed to recover it could not read it's own files. A few years ago with my new computer an oem copy of Norton ghost. I added a second hd drive and do full system backups. They take about 15 minutes. Two weeks ago I had a major crash and did a full recovery from the ghost image file. I was totally surprised I did not even lose the jfw authorization. I was never a Norton fan but I give that product 5*. The only thing I don't like is that I can not just recover one file but the total recovery surely made up for that. Lenny
