Hi Scott, You may have 512mb of memorey installed, but all of it may not be available for practical use. Example, if you have an on-board video chip, then your memorey is being shared with it. In this case, your actual available memorey may be 496mb, or as low as 384mb, and with Win XP, and Jaws, that will yield poor overall performance. I would recommend a minum of 1024mb, i e 1gb of installed memorey for the best performance with Jaws.
