Hi Chris, I have, and continue to use, Winfax Pro, I think the latest version is 10 or 11.
I find this program to be completely accessible with Jaws, and everything is done via dialog boxes, with a wizard, if you choose. You can even create cover pages with it, and send it along with your document. The best part of this is, if you like to use Word or WordPerfect to compose your documents, it will extract the document, as a file, and send it along with the fax. I don't know if it does it with any other word processor, as I usually use Word for my letters, but like I said, it's really easy to use. Another trick I've learned, is to create a JPG file with my signature, albeit, with some sighted assistance to crop it and make it rectangular to fit the document, but once it's done, you can just paste it anywhere, whether in a letter created by Word, or in the Winfax software, and voila, you have an instantly signed document that you can fax anywhere you want.
