Apparrently, when you installed Jaws originally, you chose to install a braille display and since you don't have a braille display, you are getting a braille driver error on start up.so now you have 2 options. The easiest one is to go to the configuration manager, insert 6 and load the default, control shift d. Do an alt s for settings and then type the letter b for braille. Tab to, show Braille load error on start up and uncheck it. Tab to OK and enter. Do a control s to save and alt f4 to close. The second option is to modify your Jaws installation and uncheck any braille displays you may have checked. Denny Huff
