Hey Debbie, Do this.. Open document in Word Check to see if the "show all" button is on. You will
hear space marker and paragraph marker if its on. To turn on/off the "show all" button: 1. Press Alt key 2. Press Control + Tab until you hear "new document" 3. Right arrow until you hear "show all". If its says "pressed" that means its already on. 4. Press Enter to enable to disable 5.
