Hi Flor, If you have other voices installed, such as the scansoft voices, or the next up voices, they'll show there along with Sam, but even if you don't have those additional voices installed, you still have the option of three voices in Narrator.
Unfortunately, the names of the other two voices escape me, but they are there by default, as far as I know. I may be wrong.
