Computer possessed, oh how I hate PCs. They should be used as doorstops, give me back my big old mainframes. This morning I did some maintenance on my second hd. When I started the defrag jaws could not talk. It sounded like a lot of static or a radio totally off frequency. Now something again got into my system. My wife was surfing nothing appeared to be wrong until I started jaws. Jaws just had a very tinny very soft voice out of one speaker. The highest that I could get the volume was an estimated 3%. I struggled through regcleaner which did not fix the system. Then started spybot. About halfway through that process jaws started talking normally. Now my big question is how can I stop this. This is the 2nd time in a few weeks that jaws could not talk because of some adware or something?
