Unfortunately right there you will need sited assistance, sorry about that 
but there's nothing that can be done. I suppose I should put a notice up on 
the server to that effect as a worming kind of thing.

Okay, I downloaded the removal tool, but I'm having a problem with it.

It's saying, "Please read the text above, and then type it in the area
below."  I don't see any text above that I'm suppose to type; Jaws isn't
reading it.

What do I do about that?
