Hi Siobhan What he was asking was how to delete all of the messages in a collapsed thread, without,having to confirm that all of the messages would be deleted. The instructions I gave would allow him to do this without having to perform another keystroke. This would only apply to the particular message that was highlighted, and not the entire list of messages.
