How are you trying to bring up Internet Explorer? You can bring it up from
either the desktop or from the programs submenu. Can you get to a Web site,
i.e., www.jaws-users.com/ by typing it after hitting Windows then r
for run "type the name of a folder... and Windows will open it for you".
