Hi:
You will need a third party application such as RecoverMyFiles, or one of the 
many other programs 
that will do this.
I think I have a copy of RecoverMyFiles, if you need it write me off list.
One thing though, if you have defragmented your drive after deleting the file 
it is almost 
impossible to recover deleted files except by sending it to professionals who 
do this kind of thing.
