Some of the shortcuts are difficult to implement for a reason. Namely so you do not accidentally hit the key by mistake when it's not meant for anything but extreme emergencies. If you just take the time to read the help, one can avoid getting into situations which one would not be if they took the time to learn what a certain key is for. As for complaining on the list, it will get you know where. If one wants to complain then complain to the maker of the product and not to someone who is trying to help you. It is my understanding this list is about helping people and not for complaining about something you don't like instead of asking for help. When some one tries to help out another and gets nothing but complaints in return then that's just plain rude. The list should be about helping others with problems and not complaining about everything they do not like. There are other forums for that as well as it serves no purpose since the real people who need to hear complaints is the product makers and not people who are just trying to help others. You ask others not to be judgmental, but I'm sorry but your message is about as judgmental as I've ever read.
