Hi Siobhan, I am one of the engineers working on gmail basic html interface and responsible for bringing settings pages (including forwarding and pop) as well as some of the other accessible features. I would like to think that Gmail is doing much better with section headers, access keys and other changes we did, but I am sure my work is not done. Oh btw, in Internet Explorer access keys require that you press them with Alt, so Alt + C takes you to compose mail link. Hope that helps!
