Hi
     Well, actually there were a few more things involved in my decision but 
they are some what boring for everyone on the list. It was a windows 98 
machine with 128 MB of ram and a 20 GB hard drive running at 300 MHz. It 
really was being pushed pretty hard with the programs I had loaded on it  so 
the registry cleaner just hastened the end a little.
