I was having trouble with my video intercept which was saying video intercept dcme. I had a friend check to see if all my hardware was in right and when he said he had put my video card in it had popped halfway out. The computer was getting hot and was dirty inside. I then installed jaws 8 by myself and it corrected the problem. I would like to thank this list for giving me the courage to do this on my own.
