Hey Chris, I was scared to press enter on update, but I did it. At first I got an error something about a dll, but I hit the ok it started to download. I have cable hook up so it took about 5 to 10 minutes to finish the updating. So far I haven't seen anything different, but Eric told me when I type an email or a word document that jaws will now read everything I type, and not skip over the words or letters. Patti
