I use the windows calculator and you can still use the regular horizontal
number row.  I like the number pad solely for jaws because I can easily
switch to the jaws cursor, for one.  My hands are small and my fingers don't
stretch very well, so it's much easier to use jaws that way.  I find it less
efficient to use the arrow keys in the middle of the keyboard and the six
pack, and in fact,  my currently keyboard doesn't even have an insert on the
six pack.  My six pack is a five pack!
