Hi Don,
Go to the control panel, and then accessibility options.
When that dialogue opens, the first thing you will hear is sticky keys.
To get more info, hit the F1 key.
After you have heard that information, press the escape key to close that 
message.
Next, tab until you come to the settings button for sticky keys settings and 
spacebar it.
When that dialogue opens you can repeat the same process as above, and tab 
thru the options.
As with any other dialogue in Windows,
you can make changes and apply them, or cancel out of it.
