i use the program mail washer to try to stop spam. the new version has two buttons that just keep babbling as i arrow down through the list of subjects. one says upgrade to pro and the other one says tell a friend. they just keep yapping about every 3 presses of the down arrow key. is there a way to tell jaws to ignore them? thanks jim
