Hi, You can get your authorization number by doing the following: 1. Press insert plus J or open Jaws from your system tray. 2. Arrow down until you reach the help sub-menu and press right arrow to expand it. 3. In that menu, Choose the option that says "Update Authorization." 4. In the Activation Dialog that appears, choose the button that says "Start Activation." 5. Press enter or the spacebar on the continue button. 6. In the next dialog that appears, press tab until you get to the button that says "Inter Authorization Number Manually." 7. Press enter or spacebar on the Activate button 8. Tab to the next button and press enter. 9. Now, in the edit field where you type your authorization number, since you have installed JFW on your PC already and have used the authorization CD or entered the number in manually, the number should be displayed. 10. Press escape when done, and on the dialog that asks if you want to exit the Client Activator, press enter or spacebar on the "Yes" button. Hope this helps, Jeffrey

Hi: Do you have a Jaws authorization CD? You can either put that in, or on the CD jacket, the authorization number should be Brailled. If you don't have the CD, there might be another way around it, I'm not sure.
