Screen shots can be read, but you have to covert them to a readable format. I forgot the name of it, but I might jar some ones mind here. The program takes a screen shot, converts it to a .tif, and then you read it in your scanning software like open book or kurswell. That is the only thing I have heard of that will let you read screen shots.
