A few days ago I offered to help someone with accessible calendars for a
network.
I was trying to write up some tips, but kept getting them muddled.

Anyway here goes, if there are any problems, let me know and I'll try to
sort them out.

When using Microsoft outlook, press control and the number 2 on the numbers
row (not the numeric keypad) and it will switch to the calendar view.
If your system is set up for a network pressing control tab should take you
to a list of links, I can't find or remember a short cut key for this one.
Arrow down until you come to "share my calendar" and press enter. The
dialog bo will open and show with whom your calendar is currently shared.
To add anyone to the list, tab to the "name" button and press enter, you
will then have a list of all the names on the network with whom you can
share your calendar.
Let's say you found Kerry and you wanted to add her. You would then tab
about twice to get to the permissions view and you have a choice of how you
want Kerry to view your calendar. She can either be a contributor, an
editor or just a reviewer. Make your choice and tab to okay and rests
enter.
After you've added all the people you wish to add you will return to the
first dialog box with the list of names of persons viewing your calendar
just tab over to the okay button and press enter.
If on the other hand you want to review someone's calenderer, pressing
control tab when you first switch to the calendar view and arrowing down
will bring you to a link "open a shared calendar". Pressing enter on this
will show you whose calendars you can review and you will simply select the
one you wish and press enter.
Pressing control tab again will take you back to your own calenderer or
pressing it again will take you to the other calendar. Jaws will announce
the names, so you'll know where you are.

Let me know if this helps any.

Kerry
