CCleaner is one of these cleaning tools for your computer. It removes
all junk from your hard drive, and can also fix problems with the
registry. However I wouldn't recommend this programme personally as I've
had problems with it, and thus use the built-in Disk Cleanup utility to
clean my junk instead. Hope this helps.
