google talk is an VOIP/instant messaging program from google. You have
to have a google account in order to use it. Its known to be very unjaws
friendly

I used google talk with jaws version 7.10. On jaws-users.com you can find
scripts for google talk. They are not perfect for jaws 7.10 but work well. I
haven't tried them with jaws 8 but hopefully today I'll do this.
