I would save them incase you should need to reinstall them again. If you are
short of room you can burn them to a CD to keep.

Hi
Should you save the installer once you have decided that all is well?
There are these installers on my desktop. What should I do with them?
Thanks

Hi:
Usually in:
C:\Documents and Settings\"your user name"\Local Settings\Temp
or sometimes in:
C:\WINDOWS\Temp
Note however some programs will delete themselves from the temporary file
after they finish installing and you reboot is you choose run instead of
save.
Sincerely,
Terrill Reynolds

  Sorry, but thats wrong.
The save option will let you save the file anywhere you want to the
  drive and install later.
The run option will download the file to the temp folder and then it
  installs it.
personally, i would save any file gotten from the web, because when
you do a run/install. it opens up to many doors for viruses to get threw.
