I would save them incase you should need to reinstall them again. If you are short of room you can burn them to a CD to keep. Sorry, but thats wrong. The save option will let you save the file anywhere you want to the drive and install later. The run option will download the file to the temp folder and then it installs it. personally, i would save any file gotten from the web, because when you do a run/install. it opens up to many doors for viruses to get threw.
