I'm not using Winamp currently, but when I use the back and forward 
buttons on my laptop, JAWS will say g or j or q.  .  The letter j when 
on the internet is a hot key to jump to a certain line.  Maybe for some 
reason JAWS is acting like you are on the net.  Try using the hot keys 
for Winamp if you're not already.  Maybe that will help.  I  also wish I 
could be of more help.
