Hi first, set the following, zoom amount, between 75 and 100%. view menu make sure you are in the normal moad not the web mode as the web mode does this a lot. also it helps with any screan readers using the screan refresh built in to the screan reader helps some times. you do this by, jaws key, that's incert, and Escape together
