I found out though I had to put each address and city/state/zip side by side or to mean, name in col. A, street address in Col. B, city in column C Then when I did Alt D, S Ileft the first thing blank and tab to the next box, put in column B, then tab to the next and put in column C and tab to the ok button now when it sorted the names in alphabetical order it also put the right address and city next to that name..
