No Rick,
Jeff downloaded it again, and when I do to enter on spybot off my desktop I 
still get this error.
SpybotSD.exe - Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found. 
Re-installing the application may fix this
problem.

Then I press ok and then my 3 choices come up.
I did a scan and this is what it came up up with
